1.Product Origin: This product is derived primarily from high-quality plant proteins such as corn gluten meal and soybean meal. It is obtained through raw material pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis, and low-temperature concentration, resulting in an enzymatically hydrolyzed corn protein liquid.
2.Product Characteristics: A brown liquid. Contains 18 types of amino acids, including glutamic acid, leucine, and aspartic acid, along with small molecular peptides (2–20 amino acid residues). The umami amino acids constitute the highest proportion (approximately 26.9%). The product exhibits stable solubility within a pH range of 3.0–7.0, resists precipitation, retains natural amino acid aroma, and contains no 3-chloropropanol. Suitable for storage at room temperature.
